Unfortunately due to missed appointments as from 1st NOVEMBER 2007 Axis will be taking a 20% deposit for any appointments over 45mins long. In line with company policy we ask our clients to cancel appointments at least 24 hours before due. We would appreciate as much notice as possible thus making your missed appointment open for other clients.
