Amanda - Senior Hair Consultant
I've been at Axis since it opened in
2002, but had already worked in hairdressing for 7 years
before that.
I've worked my way up at the salons I've
worked at and I'm now the manager here. As part of that I
look after all the training of our staff. Some of the
training is carried out here and I'm also qualified as an
assessor for external courses.
I do a lot of hair-up styles for special
occasions and I also do a lot of colour work. My favourite
part of the job is having my clients happy with their style
- and if they go on to recommend me to friends that's a real
bonus!
If I wasn't a hairdressing I'd be....a
teacher.
