Chelmsford Town Centre Awards We have recently entered the town centre awards, and won the award for the Best Small Independent Business. We also came highly commended in our Customer Service.

Axis Studio Winners of a Mid Essex Business Award 2003 After a year of opening Axis Studio decided to enter the Mid Essex business awards in the new business category. After submitting information on how the business has grown in such a short while and following a visit from a member of the committee they achieved a highly commended award. As you can imagine I was completely overwhelmed at us winning the award. For us to get to the finals was such an achievement in itself. Having a good team with me, I hope we can achieve much more sucess in the future. Kathy Blagden

Salon has a winning formula November 29th, 2002 Kathy Blagden has been in the hairdressing industry for 19 years and after the recent birth of her baby boy she was given the incentive to finally open her own salon, and what a fantastic job of it she has done. Picking a plot which is just a short walk from Chelmsford town centre and a couple of yards from the bus and train stations this striking, modern salon is a perfect haven for all those hair needs. After only four months of being open Axis Hair Studio won two cases of champagne from a Redken mystery shopper. They came in the top 20 per cent out of almost 1,000 salons in the area.
